Deze site is tegenwoordig een archief over Nederlandse hiphop vroeger en krijgt geen updates meer. Zowel de site als forum zijn te tof geweest om niet online te houden.
Bang Bang is boos
So now there trying to patronise Typhoon. After seeing all our reviews from the kubus and bangbang shows, theyre trying to keep us as far away from Typhoon as possible.

I think thats patronizing for the guy, cause I don't think he's worried about being on stage after Kubus and BangBang at Lowlands. So what did they do? They put us opening the show at Lowlands and they put Typhoon on at the end.

Een interessant stuk om te lezen als je de visie vanuit de artiest zijn kant wilt zien.

Update: NLhiphop vroeg BangBang om meer informatie over zijn ontevredenheid, check it:

First of all, Kees is my man, both him and me have an up hill struggle to get dutch promotional outlets to get behind Kubus and bangbang, the only outlet that seems to truly believe we are good for dutch music is 3voor12, the rest seem reluctant and I think that is because our approach questions their taste in what is good, cant get on TMF (vital if u want locals to know u and buy tickets for your shows).

We even rushed an interview with Junkie xl and gave him our cd, he put it up to the camera to help promote us, but TMF edited it out, so that's a conciouse decision not to help us out, then some bright spark decided to pick the line up for the Top Notch stage at lowlands, which stunk of favouritism, (it wasn't Kees by the way) its sorted now though.

I think the thing is some people think they know what people want to hear and push their preference , then comes along something completely out side their clever ideas and they try to ignore it at the same time they push their musical preference even more only to find the new thing is getting love anyway, now they try and shut us out so the public don't get to see us and make a choice which might contradict theirs, some times this industry is like being held captive by a fucking shit dj whos a fucking square, and we are forced to listen to what they want to hear, im glad to see the kids wont be patronised slacking viewing figures makes me right, I think these out of touch wannabes should be fired and people who mix with the average person should have the job, any way just so u know, my drive to be heard by more people is because its healthy to hear "love your self and care about the less fortunate" rather then john legend trying to be a sex symbol or some fucking bimbo singing "my boobs are ok".......oh yeah, IM NOT GOING AWAY BITCHES IM THE VOICE OF THE AVERAGE PERSON..
